Cameron Cruz

Cameron Cruz, founder/CEO of Highpoint Healthcare Advisors resides in Carmel, IN with his wife Gretchen. In 2019, they adopted their dog, Remy, and continued to grow their family as they welcomed their first son, Casey, in 2022. With his early experience in the M&A field, Cameron has vast knowledge surrounding the animal health industry. His passion for helping business owners in the healthcare space is shown through his meticulous efforts to successfully transition his clients’ practices. When Cameron isn’t meeting with clients, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and friends, and being outdoors.

Roddy Riddles

Roddy Riddles brings an impressive 28-year journey to Highpoint Healthcare Advisors with his extensive background dedicated to the veterinary industry. Roddy began his career as a Territory Manager for Pittman/Moore Animal Health, where his commitment led him to develop a territory for Webster Veterinary Supply in the North Texas region. Over two decades, Roddy devoted himself to the development and growth of his region, witnessing Webster's eventual acquisition by Patterson Animal Health. Embracing the change and seeking new challenges, Roddy was offered an opportunity to work with Amerivet Veterinary Partners, where he played a crucial role in guiding clinic owners towards optimal exit strategies tailored to their unique needs. During his five years spent at Amerivet, Roddy was a part of 30+ acquisitions. Beyond his professional career, Roddy's connection with animals extends into his personal life. Alongside his wife, Roddy shares his time between their farm and lake house, taking care of his several dogs and horses. His love for the outdoors is evident in his hobbies, as he enjoys hunting and embracing any activity that brings him closer to nature.

Jeff Carlson

Jeff Carlson brings 14 years of experience to the Animal Health industry with his significant focus on consulting and advising clinics during his tenure at Patterson Animal Health. Having grown up in a family deeply rooted in Animal Health, Jeff has a great understanding of its dynamics. His role as a strategic consultant at Patterson involved guiding clients through every stage of their business. Now at Highpoint, Jeff is excited about utilizing his wealth of knowledge to assist clinic owners in finding optimal transition plans. Beyond his work life, Jeff values family time with his wife, Kelly, and their three children. In his leisure time, Jeff can be found enjoying a game of golf, hunting, or watching sporting events.

Travis Rockey

Travis Rockey brings over 20 years of experience in the animal health industry to the Highpoint team. His career began in 2002 with IntraVet, a practice management software company. Following the acquisition of IntraVet by Patterson Veterinary, Travis took the opportunity to further his career, undertaking various roles within Patterson. For the past 10 years, Travis has served as a territory manager in the Ohio region, providing support to his clients as a top consultant. Travis’s time at Patterson taught him how to help owners start, grow, and find a plan to transition their business. He is excited to continue this passion at Highpoint in full capacity. His passion for helping others in the corporate field isn’t just what defines Travis. Beyond his professional career, Travis values time spent with his wife Megan, his two kids Jackson and Harper, and his dog Milo. Travis’s family values time spent outside, as they often find themselves near a body of water or at his children's sporting events.

Adam Behringer

Adam Behringer is a financial analyst from Zionsville, IN. With over 3 years of equity research, trading, and investment banking, Adam’s expansive skills are showcased throughout his work at Highpoint. Before Adam began at Highpoint, he worked within investment banking, completing M&A and capital advisory transactions within the healthcare and industrial sectors. When he is not working, Adam enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, shooting his bow, and reading.

Alexis Calvert

Alexis Calvert serves as our operations Manager and lives in Carmel, IN. Leveraging her experience in communications, management, and marketing, complemented by some prior experience in insurance & the finance industry, Alexis ensures smooth transitions for our clientele, offering vital services promptly and effectively. Beyond work, she enjoys staying active in the outdoors, spending time with friends, family & her dog Marley, experiencing new things, and cooking!

Hunter Maxwell

Hunter Maxwell is our Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst from Zionsville, IN. With his diverse background, Hunter has navigated through various professional landscapes such as medical, real estate, and capital markets. Within his medical field pursuits, Hunter conducted in-depth research, analyzing hospital spending and dissecting allocations of funds. Building on this foundation, Hunter immersed himself in the real-estate field where he dedicated two summers to pro forma and tax analysis for large-scale Class A multifamily developments. Hunter’s professional experiences also expand into capital markets, where he actively contributed to shaping debt and equity deal structures. In his free time, Hunter enjoys golfing, spending time on his family’s farm, and working out.
